Katherine Eskandian-Yee is a serial entrepreneur who is passionate about delivering results and creating an impact across businesses. Having provided organizational design and talent acquisition solutions for nearly two decades, executive coaching emerged as a logical next step and LeaderEQ was born.
Before establishing Agency 360 and co-founding LeaderEQ, Katherine created a holistic lifestyle portal – liferover.com that was acquired in 2000. Prior to that, she held leadership sales and marketing roles with multi-national companies such as Nature’s Way, Adrienne Vittadini and BPR Health International.
Katherine is involved with volunteer and financial contributions to women focused causes in the Bay Area including setting up scholarships at her alma mater and GirlsVenture. And, is an active contributor to GirlsVenture and has sponsored several scholarships for the organization.
Katherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Chemistry from Mills College and an MBA from University of San Francisco. She enjoys her daily personal training workouts, reading, writing, traveling and playing tennis with her daughter – Chessa.
